....has to be the best type of story. It's simple, rathe ironic and has a touch of noir style to it. Which again is ironic as most noir films are about criminal justice.

But its a bit dodgy in some places, as in smoothness. but at least your doing frame-by-frame and not many tweens

Its too cliched and unoriginal

I don't really like flash films that try and copy someone elses idea anyway so forgive me for being biased.

Its GREAT animation at parts, but others it seemed a bit choppy and like you spent more time on other effects.

But what i wasn't so keen on was the way you copied madness and then mixed dragonball Z with it. It just looked like you tried TOO hard.

but the story was a little confusing at first,
its not really explained what they are doing in the first bit or who the characters are. I like how you don't know why the city was blown up or what that thing was (yet)

tbh i think you should start to develop the characters more through flashbacks in later episodes. or create a prelude

the sound could do with improvement, but your probably on a low budjet, the voices are ok though

the only problems i have is there is no story particularly and just seemed like alot of random events.
and there is no preloader so it just loops again and again after its even finished
