have you ever seen this scenario before?

a guy spends a couple of hours making a flash that is very short,
he then submits it to newgrounds hoping that it will reach frontpage.
people watch it and there is a mixed response,
but mostly people seem to think it is badly drawn and pointless.
the guy then wonders why his flash never reached frontpage
he then resubmits it and says angrily that this is resubmitted because some "twats" blammed it first time round.
no surprise it was blammed again.

the main reason this type of scenario happens is because people do not realise what makes a good submission, they just submit an hours work.

this site has too much of this happening.
